Francis gives different types of speeches & seminars. Below are 2 examples;
- Speeches to audiences who want to learn about how to avoid making mistakes when providing web solutions and also how to use the internet to make their companies more competitive. The audience to these kind of speeches is usually; sales people, marketing people, advertising executives, educators, designers, information technology managers, etc.. These people are attending a conference or a seminar directly relating to internet marketing, ecommerce, web design, web solutions, system interfaces and how they should be used / designed.
Francis shows examples of the incorrect use of layout, graphics mistakes, usability problems, navigational problems, and inaccessible or extremely unusable sites or sites that not user friendly at all. Francis also usually blends in new emerging technologies and know-how

- Speeches to audiences who need to be entertained.
Nowadays, most companies have a web site and this target audience simply wants to be entertained by viewing what Mr. Morris likes to call the "the train wrecks on the Internet." Most audience enjoy this as long as their site isn't the "train wreck".
Any group makes a good audience for this type of speech and the best fit is an organization -- , managers, doctors, accountants, lawyers, marketing and sales people etc., Normally, Francis will give a luncheon speech and he has on occasion been invited to launch a show and to start the afternoon sessions -- whatever it takes to get the audience ready for the rest of the day. While Francis educates the audience, the speech is geared toward getting people in a good mood.
Please note: Francis is quite willing to provide your seminar attendees private 'critiques' of their sites.

All of Mr. Morris' speeches are tailored to the audience.
Francis creates each speech for the needs and interests of the audience. He will often use 'reverse psychology' by stating examples and then show how the large companies like Microsoft, IBM, Chanel etc. would never do something like that and explain why.
Francis is also always very aware of the technical level of the audience and tailors the speech content accordingly. He is quite known for his talent of taking extremely difficult to understand technical topics and turning them into something that is easy to understand by using colorful and user friendly analogies. While he avoids using sites from the audience, he will occasionally use a "reverse example" a very good looking site and say "These people would never do anything stupid like this example."
